Ok, so it’s nothing carved in stone but the article today in the Des Moines Register regarding a panel that was assembled to discuss the Iowa Supreme Court Ruling allowing gay marriage and if it can be overturned by a constitutional amendment. This panel is a mix of Democrats and Republicans and the result of this asssembly is that although it is not impossible the ruling would be overturned it is highly unlikely.
