Let me introduce myself, I am Renee Taylor. I have been in the event planning business for a number of years. I currently work as an independent contractor for an international book publishing company where I coordinate Professional Seminars for professors all around the country. As a lifelong Iowan, I love the ability to coordinate these events from here in Iowa all the while tending to all details of the event from hotel arrangements, to catering, to lost luggage all over the country. Additionally, I have coordinated events for Ted Kooser, former U.S. Poet Laureate and pianist George Winston. I have been actively involved in gay and lesbian rights while being there in the beginning for One Iowa as its Financial Manager. That organization has gone on to be the premier organization in Iowa. I am so proud to have been a part of that cause. While I am not family, I will be your best girlfriend in Iowa. I will be your eyes to see that your vision is a reality and your ears to hear your wishes.
